lipo flavonoid

    Is anyone taking Lipo Flavonoid for ringing in ears ? Does it help?

    Yes- I take 5 a day -- 2 in the am with 1000 mg B-12 and 2 in the afternoon with another 1000 mg B-12 and one at night.... and it has def helped with the loudness of my ringing.

    good to know my husband started taking it after seeing the ENT for the tinnitus he developed after the car accident.

    My B-12 levels are very low.... and with the fatigue that is always there with this disease it helps me feel not SO fatigued.

    I try everyday ;D I have been on a pretty good run for about three weeks now ( I had a "8-9" episode 3 weeks ago - on a scale of 1-10 - 10 being full on vertigo and puking for hours - not walking, talking, seeing, hearing etc ) - - even did two concerts in the last two weeks.... just made sure I was able to get enough rest... After the first concert last Thursday we didn't get home til after 1:00 am and I had an 8 am meeting Friday morning and had to come into work on Saturday almost all day because one of the girls that worked for me quit without notice- so by the time Saturday night came around I was absolutely wiped out and I knew if I didn't go to bed early and sleep late Sunday my work week would not go well... then we had tickets to another concet this past Tuesday - so I just took Tuesday off and slept til 10:30 am - ( I have about 97 unused vacation days - lol) and we got home around midnight - I went into work around 9:15 the next day - so I have been ok .... Really just watching my rest and my diet.... that seems to be the key for me.... the B-12 just helps with my energy levels :)
