Just thought it would be appropriate my condition, especially those considering antivirals and John's of Ohio regimen.
Let me preface this by saying, it is still a short time into the treatment.
Just to reiterate I have had Meniere's about six or seven months. I was tested and diagnosed about a month ago.
I started the regimen of supplements right about a month ago, and the antivirals a week later. In the six months prior to diagnosis, I never went more than
a couple of days without symptoms.
In about a week after starting I still had some symptoms, plugged ears, light headed, ringing, some brain fog. The symptoms began to get better after that first
week. A few good days here, then a bad day. At this point I have not had any symptoms, with the exception of some slight ringing in my ear occasionally, for
eleven days. Again this is still very premature into the treatment. But I thought I should mention it for those who have not tried these options. Also I forgot to
mention my hearing has returned to what I would consider normal, in the effected ear.
    Thanks for listening,
    Mark

Hi, mzwern. Wow, this is looking really good for you. I hope it just keeps getting better. My symptoms are similar to yours, but unfortunately I have not been as lucky. Which John of Ohio supplements are you taking?

I am so glad to hear that you are noticing a positive change! I will be starting antivirals next week for the 2nd time. I had a bad reaction the 1st time so I will start at a much lower dose, slowly increasing it as my body adjusts. I am also slowly adding the JOH regimen. Have you also been using the glutathione nasal spray and taking the Vitamin C that you mentioned in your original post?
Thanks so much for the update, Mark. Keep them coming :)

Great news Mark! fingers crossed you feel better and better as time passes. The longer I've been on antivirals the better I feel. I had MM for 47 years before starting acyclovir 3 years ago and Jan 2013 was my last vertigo attack, so far.

I have been using everything but the glutathione. Can't stand the smell of it.
Should add that I maintain a maximum of 1500mg's of salt daily. Also I still have my two cups of coffee in the morning. Refuse to give that up.
