Very cool article. Looks like this applies only to bacterial and possibly fungal but not viral infections. Am I right?
Interesting. Thank you, James. All viruses contain nucleic acid, though whether this is ds/ss deoxyribonucleic (DNA) or ds/ss ribonucleic (RNA) is subject to virus type. However I’m neither a geneticist nor a Virologist. Corrections are welcome.
