Started antiviral last thursday weekend pretty good mon was fair yesterday was great and today the left started the roaring this afternoon, strange thing is that my hearing itself has gotten better, I can actually talk on the phone this week and last week could not. Think I am just plain scared and anxious!

many people who start antivirals feel better than worse then better again. It's common. The fact you are seeing any kind of improvement this soon is a great sign. Stick with it through the setbacks as long as you feel any improvement and don't decrease until you are vertigo free. If when you do decrease and feel symptoms returning increase again and try decreasing in another few weeks.

nroper, also you need to make sure your food intake of lysine is higher than arginine (they are amino acids) lysine suppresses the virus, arginine promotes it. Even on antivirals if you have too much arginine it can overtake the antiviral.
Avoid foods with a low lysine to arginine ratio.
I've posted nutrition db link any times if you search it you can look up foods that have more lysine than arginine

I hate to be a party pooper but my hearing comes and goes over time and, as of now, I haven't taken antivirals. One of the frustrating things with Meniere's is that the symptoms vary and often come-and-go over time. Keep at what's working but make sure to stay at it even if your symptoms subside. It could be the antivirals kicking in and it could just be the variance that comes with Meniere's.
