Hey everyone! Well, after a series of tests and procedures I finally got a diagnosis and a procedure to fix the problem. It seems that when my first colonoscopy the lining of my colon was pierced right on one of the spots that one of the polyps were removed. Today I had another colonoscopy and the problem was fixed by cauterizing the whole thing over. Procedure took 1 hour and 20 minutes and I was told it was, tricky, because the Dr wanted to fix it but not damage any other tissue. Other than an antibiotic I've never heard of because I didn't pick it up yet, I'm told to take it very easy for 2 weeks and than gradually get back into my normal routine. Guys, you know how you feel sick and you know your sick no matter what anyone says and then the problem is resolved and inside you just know it's already better? That's how I feel. I WILL give into rest and everyone has split up the house chores so as not to have me push myself to do them. Pretty cool, right! Thank you guys for all of your well wishes. It helped a lot when my spirits were down. You guys are the best. This place can be the best place ever when we all participate! Let's rock this board again!!
so glad they finally found the problem and fixed it! I have heard that is one complication of colonoscopies. I know you will feel better now and you will finally be rid of that pain. HUGS!

We aren't really acquainted yet but I hope to. I'm sorry for your health issues and glad to hear you're recovering. Reading your other posts I think you're probably not resting much at all. One day of rest a week is not enough for you now. (Sometimes I'm bossy) This group is amazing. I hope we all start posting in many threads and get to know each other better. I need a friend.
