how do you know which ear is affected by Ménière's? I have fullness and ringing occasionally in my left ear. But when I roll over on my right ear is when I spin. Also the hearing loss is in my right ear.

Were you tested for Meniere's? Your doctor would know then.

That sounds like BPPV which can be fixed with the epley maneuvre. Ask your doc. Maybe the tinnitus is not related to it and has a different cause.

If the Epley doesn't work for you, try antivirals. They are also effective with BPPV.
