Interesting. I tried Chinese herbs and although I enjoyed drinking the concoction, it did not help me. The herbs were mixed here in the U.S. Maybe they were not authentic.

    *Update*

I feel very sad to say my aural fullness has came back after going into remission for 3 months. Although this time, it is not aggressive as before. However, I noticed the tinnitus in my left ear is louder than before even when my ear cleared up.

I notice that the pressure never comes back or goes away when I'm awake. It's either gone or back when I wake up. I just can't seem to find a correlation between sleeping and aural fullness. Sometimes if I sleep longer than 10 hours, my ear feel plugged when waking up. Also I feel that if I sleep on my bad ear, the fullness tends to go away the next day when I wake up. Does anyone have similar experience?

    I'm currently taking SERC prescribed by my doctor (16mg each time and 3 times a day), but I honestly don't feel it's doing anything. :( :( :( :( :(

I've been flying twice a week since February 1 because of work. I wonder if it has anything to do with it :'(

Could you be grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw in your sleep? When I have tight jaw muscles that causes aural fullness for me. Massaging the tight jaw muscle or the opposite shoulder helps a lot.

Anti-virals have made a huge difference too, to that and the tinnitus. Have you tried that yet?

And the JOH regime helps, too. For me I find that I can notice a difference in aural fullness soon after taking lemon bioflavenoids.
