I have had some times over the last few days when my tinnitus has gotten fabulously, shockingly quiet, like have to be still and listen to even hear it kind of quiet. The most significant shift in my MM treatment in recent times is that I started taking MSM about 4 weeks ago. I wonder if that could be it. Has anyone had a similar experience?
MSM, methylsulfonylmethane, can markedly turn down allergies and inflammation. I include it in my regimen because it has proven very helpful. But MSM, alone, cannot give the symptomatic relief offered by the combination of substances in my regimen (read it closely here: http://www.zoominternet.net/~kcshop/JOH.pdf). But in your case it's immaterial. For whatever reason, your tinnitus is quiet. Gratifying, I'm sure. --John of Ohio
Thanks for responding, John. I have indeed read your regimen closely many times and am taking most of it. I am a sensitive type, so have been adding things one by one. MSM is the latest one I've added. It is extremely gratifying. I had a period of time today that strongly resembled real quiet. Seemed like a miracle.
I look forward to beginning MSM in JOH's regimin. Since I've been on L-Lysine and Lemon Bioflavonoid, I've noticed my tinnitus is worse.
