Actually Timothy Hain is way behind the curve on the viral treatment and doesn't want to prescribe antivirals. He completely fails to acknowledge the tremendous success rate at several hearing centers, or the more recent papers by Gacek. I suspect it is because there's no money in it. His methods are expensive, of course.
I agree that stress can majorly exacerbate our symptoms. I don't think the stress causes menieres. It's a good idea to manage what causes our stress for many health reasons. Life is too short.
My menieres symptoms came during a very stressful time in my life as well. Also my diet was not great and i often did not get enough exercise.
