That's very interesting, if that happens to you without fail, or most of the time, I would look into it deeper, maybe there is a connection from within the nose that is causing blockage or pressure to be dispursed to the ears

Yes prozeal, I was thinking maybe it's a blockage
    Somewhere .
    I'm going to request a
    Catscan or enhanced MRI .

Have you been evaluated for TMJD via a 3D or panoramic X-ray of the jaw?

I definitely have tmj , I didn't think that would
Affect my stuffiness along with ear fullness.
Drs don't think tmj is related to mm. But my left
Ear is the mm ear mostly and that's the
Side on the side of tmj

Lisa, I have TMJ and just starting wearing a 24 hour bottom orthodic to see if it will reduce the inflammation around my TMJ joint. I am also having a TMJ/upper body massage every couple of weeks to loosen my tense muscles. The TMJ is on my meniere's side and I am hoping that by reducing the inflammation, my meniere's symptoms lessen also. There is a facebook goup of meniere's sufferer's who think that TMJ is the cause of their symptoms. That group led me to trying an orthodic and massage.

Thanks muff , I think that tmj does contribute
    To the problem.
