I get that numbness, tingling, feels almost swollen feeling on my bad ear side often when my ear is really full. (Like today). Always seems to settle down when the ear does.

Of course if you are having chest pain or other symptoms along with it, better contact your Dr.

Danni if everything else is ruled out. those are typical MAV (migraine associated vertigo, aka silent migraines, aka vestibular migraines (headache not required)symptoms that you are experiencing.

Facial tingly, tingly arms hands head are symptoms of migraines with the addition of dizziness it can be symptoms of vestibular migraines. Yes aural fullness can be a symptom of MAV. Many of us have both MM and MAV. But tingling is usually an MAV symptom.

There is a link in my signature to a post in the forums database about MAV. there is also a forum mvertigo.org for vestibular migraines.

Do some research, read the link and check out those forums and see if any pertain to you.

Though I do have MAV, when my face feels tingly its TMJ.
