Vicki and John are always there with their suggestions and advice! Very knowledgeable and ready to come to the rescue!

Thanks to this forum I am regaining me life back. So many lovely and helpful people!

No, the real hero here is Ray Solari, the fellow who pays for and puts up this website. Information, private and un-disseminated, unavailable to the pubic, is utterly useless. Without this website (the best Meniere's website on the Internet), thousands of Meniere's sufferers would continue with symptoms unabated by all the usual last-century approaches to our disease. Ray has constructed things here so as to promote and encourage useful postings of every sort. Yes, Vicki and I (and several others) can post helpful information on new and improved treatment methods and associated information.

But just as important are the numerous postings by regular Meniere's sufferers, telling their experiences and perspectives. With these, and especially the treatment postings in the the Database thread, the breadth of Meniere's treatments and experiences can be examined --- so much better than the mere 10 minutes commonly allocated in a visit to a physician (who more often than not, has no idea of the efficacy of antiherpetics or the other therapies presented here).

Personally, I thank Ray. Without this website, all of my information would be useless text files on the hard drive of my computer. My regimen would have brought symptomatic relief for me, only. That's no big thing. The fact that Meniere's sufferers worldwide can scrutinize the best information on this website is the real story Thanks, Ray!!!

Yes, of course Ray needs to be recognized and thanked. But without people like Vicki and John I would still be feeling hopeless. So thank you Ray for providing a place for us desparate people to come and not feel so alone. And thank you Vicki for offering friendship, encouragement and advice to so many when we need it the most. And John of Ohio is always available to give us the straight facts regarding treatment plans and/or answering our many questions on supplements. Thanks to each of you.

Ditto from me Thanks Ray for creating this site and maintaining it! It is so helpful for so many people! Thanks, Vicki and John, for relentlessly reviewing new and old literature regarding Meniere's disease and sharing it with all of us on the forum. And taking the time to respond to all questions.....Vicki, with your continuous research, and John, with your biological research. Even though you both have personally suppressed your Meniere's symptoms and could easily slink away from here, you dedicate your time and lives to continue to help the new and old Meniere's sufferers. Thank you, thank you for your passion and dedication ;D I know we ALL appreciate it more than words can describe!

 

I agree without Ray - none of us would have the opportunity to be here, share and learn. So thank you Ray!!!

But I also agree that the two who share the most - even though they both are not actively suffering - is Vicki and John. In addition, both of them at some point or other (this board or the previous) have been subjected to somewhat personal attacks - yet they still share their time and experiences with many. Both have been very helpful to me over the years. Vicki helped me get onto the anti virals which has been successful for me.

After those three key people, I appreciate everyone who has found relief in some form or fashion and comes back to share it with others. More new people join the board - without people coming back with success stories many would be without hope.

Ray is an outstanding guy to keep this place so people with Menieres can be more informed and chill a little too.
Making friends as well is just a bonus, especially when fellow menierians meet and become forever friends.
