Im so sorry for so many questions but im just so confused.ive had 3 episodes(all either before/during a migraine) where i get very sudden intense ear pressure with extremly loud tinnitus (mostly 1 ear)with intense pressure in my head and tingly, during this sounds/my own voice make me dizzy. This has lasted about 6/7 hours. After the last 1(1st march) i havent been right since,19 days of vomiting, right ear keeps pulsing, various palces on my head and face tingle and feel numb, dizziness, plugged ears off n on but not like the 3 episodes, also very migrainy.1st ent said sounded like mm but i have no hearing loss,i then paid privatly to see a dr who said it sounds like vestibular migraine.Im really struggling because on the mav boards they say it sounds like mm but the last dr was very confident its vestibular migraine.I cant afford to pay for a 3rd opinion and i am searching and searching the net for anyone who has migraine and sounds similar to me.Its def not eustachian tube dusfuncrion as during these episodes i can pop my ears fine etc but it doesnt release the pressure.

sounds very much like vestibular migraine to me.
the constant dizziness, sound sensitivity, numbness, tingling, no hearing loss, tinnitus, fullness in ear, those are indications of vestibular migraines.

sure you can pm me, I have MAV and the ringing lasts a long time for me and its loud as heck if I eat MAV trigger foods. You may also want to read over the link in my signature MAV Info MAV is another name for vestibular migraines.
The fact you are actually getting migraines is a big indication as well. I do not get migraines but you don't need to get them with vestibular migraines.

Danni sorry I just cleared out some of my inbox you should be able to pm me now.
The sudden fullness I don't think is sudden its happening from a trigger most likely.

I answered your pm, but did you look over the link in my signature? there are specific foods to avoid for MAV, if diet alone helps you that's great but you may need certain meds as well, but your doctor should know what meds to try if avoiding food triggers do not stop your symptoms..
