vibrations/talking/sounds make me dizzy??

    Hi at the min my ent has no idea whats up.im having hursts of sudden aural fullness,loud tinnitus and sound distortion,so far lasting about 6 hours.A couple of days after the last one i started feeling weird with a tingly head and sounds/vibrations make me dizzy,anyone had this??

    Get tested for perilymph fistula, Tullio's, etc. This can also be caused by benzodiazepines.

    Thanks you,i have no problems with pressure,this came on after a 6 hour burst of audden ear fullness with loud tinnitus,sounds were amplified with a undertone vibration which my head vibrate and then after it passed i got this.

    Vibrations bother me--trying to sing in the choir especially. After singing about 15 mins. the vibrations my own voice causes are a problem. I can't stand that and all the music and other voices around me for too long without getting so very lightheaded and dizzy! :( This has been a problem for me since my surgery (shunt surgery) in 2012--and has gotten worse. Hope you find something to help and report back.

    Ive been diagnosed with vestibular migraines.Still have the vibration thibgy when i talk but i wanted to let you know x
