Is it normal to have an attack back to back?
Also, does an attack give you tremors?

I am not sure what you mean by tremors, but hand always shakes. I was told.it is my cerebellum not firing like it's supposed to. Not Parkingsons thank God.

I've had Menieres for 66 years. I have experienced several attacks in succession but never tremors following an attack. However, not sure if that is normal.

Shaky hands is what I meant. I just had an attack yesterday and now I feel it starting again. This is ridiculous. I can't function like this.

There was a week in November when I had an attack every day, for five consecutive days. Within one of those days I had 2 attacks! About a two hour break in between. I ended up in AE as both attacks were violent and I was vomitting. The short break in between was not enough to rest and hydrate. I feel for you. Stay strong!
