    Thanks, everyone!

I am a lot better. I haven't had any vertigo since, though some brief moments of instability. Right before that even happened, I had some kind of imbalance, sea sickness feeling, that I ignored. That did happen the next day, and when it did, I paid attention--I looked up and took some good breaths and spread my hands on the table to get a lot of sensory data. I don't know if it would have happened again otherwise, but it didn't.

I got my new glasses yesterday, and have had a very good day considering I'm adjusting to new glasses, so I think they are really going to help. Yesterday was also less migraine-y. I was actually able to shop in Costco after picking up my glasses.

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't totally unclear! : ) You, too Vicki. Bumblebea, I get you were just looking out for me.

And I agree with the huge value of the folks here. I think the best is when we can have both--doctor's expertise along with tests AND other perspectives based on their experience.

I am so grateful for this board and all that post here.
