I am new to this forum and to the Meniere's regimen. I am now on the antiviral treatment but not clear if I am supposed to take both the antiviral script and L Lysine together...? Any help on this would be great. I am also on the 1st 3 supplements in the John of Ohio regimen (which L Lysine is one)
Hi Paul, You might do better to post this on the Living Room thread rather than here. I have been on Antivirals for over 18 months plus the JOH regime for a year. I think several people on this site do the same. If you send John a question about it he is always very good at getting back.
Taking the stuff in the regimen (such as lysine) and a prescription antiherpetic is well and good. No conflict. The antivirals enhance the effects of lysine (or, vice versa). Be sure to follow the current regimen, here: http://www.zoominternet.net/~kcshop/JOH.pdf --John of Ohio
