I'm not complaining but see the last 2 days have been so much better than for the last few months. But the fatigue is just so overwhelming. I sleep, I get up, and I think about when I can lay back down. If I don't think it in a short period of time I will feel it. If I lay down and don't keep busy here or with tv, or whatever I'll be asleep in 10 minutes. I know it's normal to feel fatigue after episodes. But MAYBE, just maybe, I'm starting to come out of a very bad cycle. I'm giving into the sleep. I just do something in between so things get done. I'm hoping so bad.
Baffling it is. Another day vertigo free. Can't wait to see my Dr on May 2nd. Thank you all. You guys are the best! Hey everyone, stop in the front porch and fun and games rooms. Meet the people and get to know each other and of course have fun. There's a thread for everyone's tastes. I hope to see some of you there.
BumbleBea I keep my fingers crossed for you!!! And you are right, the front porch is a great place to get to know each other and simply have fun!!!
Thanks guys. Another day no vertigo but after doing just a few errands the fatigue sets in big time. I was supposed to brush both dogs today but I could only do one. Now this is our first year with the new one so it takes longer because she hasn't learned that I'm stronger than her yet, lol. Couldn't do them both at the same time so tomorrow's Luna's turn. I make compromises. I set chores in my head for the week. I do try to get it all done but sometimes I have to say I'm not going to push myself. It's a juggling act.
Another good day. Got some "been put off for too long" chores resting in between. Right now I'm taking one day at a time but I'm starting to feel really good. Thank you everyone for your well wishes. If it doesn't last, well you'll hear about it. Fingers crossed
Ok folks, I had my first vertigo episode last night. Lasted 20 minutes. Vomiting, spinning, etc. I feel a little shaky today and of course tired but I'm hoping it was a one time thing. Can't wait to see my OTO tomorrow. A long drive, 65 miles but it's near my old stomping grounds so meeting friends for lunch. Pray for a safe day for me.
Sorry to hear that Bumble. Still 20 minutes is better than 40, so I figure that you are indeed entering remission in accordance with the tried and tested MM upswing formula – two steps forward, one step back.
