Hi Anne, If you search the old forum's archives there are many posts of recommended books about Meniere's. I hope the book you picked up is a good read with helpful advice.
My daughter gave me a book "Meniere Man in the Kitchen" for my birthday. It has some good recipes in it, and the author has written several books about Meniere's. I have only this one at the moment.
