:'( :'( After feeling better for 3 weeks, my aura fullness came back! My Doctor took me off Valtrex (3000 mg/day since February) and I was prescribed famvir to take 500mg for a week and switch to 250 mg twice a week. I've been taking the 250mg/day for the past 3 weeks and all of sudden, last week the aural fullness came back and won't away!! I feel like my head is going to explode for the past 4 days with loud high pitch tinnitus. Have anyone experiencing ups and downs after taking antiviral for a few months? I feel so depressed thinking that I'll just have to deal with living with aural fullness for the rest of my life :'(

Read my thread. I'm exactly where you are but I'm getting full vertigo episodes. Then a day or two and more good. Then boom it's back.
