Sounds like you might be coming down with a virus or something? Sinus infection? The nausea diarrhea etc may be coming from MM symptoms, Whenever I get sick my MM acts up that's when I know to up my acyclovir dose.

Just sounds like a mild Meniere's attack to me. Is this your first one?

    Near the Mountians
I have MM and some GI issues. They don't always run together, but when they do, its miserable.

Initially when the attacks were at their worst I suffered the same way. Sometimes it would affect my BMs too. Sometimes not. Everybody gets it differently.

My attacks would often come in the night, usually accompanied by the sweats. Then, unless I got lucky, I would spend the next several hours sitting on the toilet with my favorite large bowl on my lap, making use of both the toilet and the bowl and too dizzy to move.

The theory is that because your brain is receiving conflicting balance information from your ears, it thinks you have been poisoned and so causes you to expel every thing possible ( and more! :) )
