    Greeting fellow sufferers..
I have been on the john of ohio regiment as well as high dose vitamin C. After the JOH stopped soley working, I added in high dose vitamin C which brought my symptoms under control in a short amount of time. Since, they are still mostly suppressed, though I have had some dizziness, brain fog recently(related or unrelated I am not sure, staring at computer screens or my phone screen possibly triggers it) but I also have faint low pitched reverberations on and off. I notice if I am somewhere loud, this will get worse, and that I am particularly sensitive to low pitches noises, they are amplified in my ear. My bowel tolerance recently dropped too which makes me wonder why it is dropping if my Meniere's is not fully suppressed yet.
    Anyone else experience similar?

Unfortunately, those are hit or miss (more miss) remedies. You should get on valacyclovir as soon as possible, per the dosage recommended by Gacek and other medical centers. This is what is helping many of us here.

How much lysine were you taking? 1500mg, as in the older, no longer valid version of my regimen, or 3000mg?
