Sitting on the couch thinking I need to go fix myself a salad but not wanting to get up to do it.

 

Nothing constructive.

 

Trying to stay awake.

Sitting very still. Not even mild vertigo, just a weird off feeling all day. Guess al the stress was too much for those Antivirals.

Right now I'm halfway watching youtube videos with my husband.

 

Crap on tv. I finished the first book. Maybe I'll start the 2nd one or not. Maybe sleep and rest up for tomorrow.

 

I'm hoping for a low key day tomorrow. Have to take my son to class and an appointment in the afternoon but should be able to stay home most of the day.

After having a small episode today with no panic I'm finally sitting up. One setback. I'm going to try to read. It's very quiet here. That's a good thing.

 

Trying to shut my brain up. It wants to run 90 miles an hour and I'm too tired to follow it. LOL
