I am doing better with my balance--but not with the head pressure/dizziness that is still 'maddening'!

I did all the exercises well and am much better than 8 weeks ago when I started. Still, no relief for my ongoing 'sit still to get better or lay down' solution, that I have to keep doing. See doctor in about 3 weeks--another audiogram since my hearing has gotten even worse.

Still, keep wondering what could cause this other than Meniere's, Vestibular migraine (no pain), etc. ?

Can't take meds (take too many already) and seems any new ones make things worse. Parts of days are better but never a symptom free day. Discouraged. Took Anti-viral but unless you have vertigo--it seems one can't tell if they help--they didn't help me!

:) Thankful for no vertigo, just truly concerned that my hearing has worsened and the head pressure/feeling nauseated thing is daily and where it used to be portions of the day--seems to be 'most of the day' lately. Anyway---:) :) :)

Congrats on getting through therapy. I understand the head pressure/dizzy feeling. It has been a constant for me for over 4 months, although it does seem to be easing up a little the last couple of days. I have been able to get out and run a couple of errands during the day. I have gotten a "regular" headache during the head pressure and have actually sat back and been happy that it is "just a headache". Anything different from the head pressure is appreciated... even if it is a headache. Sorry you are discouraged. I feel that way too, not a good feeling. Something I wonder if this is all there is for the rest of my life. I have my dizzy days and my on the edge of a vertigo attack and just sit on the couch... not moving a muscle. Seems like that is the only thing we can do. Hoping it will ease up for you soon.
