Has anyone that had relief from antivirals, able to eat a regular diet?

I was wondering those that have had success with antivirals, can you eat a regular diet.
Do you still have to eat a low salt diet?

I still keep to a low sodium diet and no coffee, no soda with caffeine. No salt, no caffeine.

However ;D Remember a virus may do enough longlasting damage to leave residual issues. Think of mono (another herpes virus) and how long it often takes people to get back to normal. Picture how tiny the ear structures are. Regardless of original cause, some permanent damage may be done.

I try to keep the salt low. But, I don't count how much I take in every day. I don't add salt to any food.

I do drink alcohol and caffeine.
