When initially had MD diagnoses (2011), could not tolerate doing inversions now that I have been having success with acyclovir (attacks stopped within 1.5wks during time of mini drops ~twice a wk) I am interested in doing more yoga but not sure if I should really push it by doing inversions ( i.e. downward dog). I'm wondering if anybody has tried and been able to do it?
Probably the only true test is to try it and see. After diagnosis I avoided swimming for a long time for fear that any rocking of the head, particularly whilst doing front crawl, would set off the beast. Last year I tried swimming again in earnest, and the result after 263 miles is ‘so far, so good!’.....
