I've had a bad day today so have been on the sofa feeling sorry for myself. But one thing I notice is that my hearing in my bad ear is a bit better in my affected ear, and it's something I notice often after I have bad dizzy spells. I'm just wondering, if Meniere's does cause the build up of pressure in the endolymphatic sac, then maybe the dizzyness isn't the gradual build up of that pressure, but the sudden release of the pressure that has built up. Ok, just a theory of mine but I was just wondering if anyone else finds the same about slight hearing improvement after a bad spell?
