I'm not sure but two of my worst Meniere's periods occurred when I was getting new prescription glasses. I didn't get snow vision but my eyes were sore and I know it contributed to my overall horrible balance feelings. I believe there have been occasions over the years with this disease that I experienced snow vision but it's been very infrequently.
