Is anyone using pycnogenol? I would be interested in knowing what your experience has been, how much you are taking, and how often.

I tried 150 mg once a day for about 5 months. I am not sure it did anything for me. I have Cochlear Hydrops and not the full Meniere's yet. It may be more helpful for classic Meniere's as some reports seem to indicate.

    Good luck!

Did you take anything else with it? Did it give you any bad side effects?

I used several supplements from the JOH regimen.

The Lysine was hard on my system but not the Pyncogenol.

First time I've heard of it? Is it only sold in another country or is it a vitamin or herbal med of some sort?
