    Hello all,

I live alone. I get my GENT injection tomorrow. A few days after the injection, most people say that for about 2 to 4 weeks I'll be pretty wobbly. Will I be able walk well enough to go to kitchen and make ham sandwich? Etc. Or will I need to hire a nurse or have my mom come stay with me. I don't want to do either of those. I've struggled through many 12 hour violent attacks, and then took care of myself through the post-attack dizzyness. So I can't imagine I won't be able to function through the post GENT injection "wobbliness" people talk about. I think I can handle it on my own. Yes? Thanks

Your going to do great!!! Good luck...sending positive thoughts and prayers your way.

Never went down the nurse thing myself but if you do make sure you request a 23 year old 5'7 or above blonde Sweedish girl with blue eyes, who happens to also have a degree in massage therapy. I could not imaging anything better if I were feeling drunk for a few days.

    :)

You should be fine, but stock up on easy to cook meals. Good luck!
