Which one do you like swimming in? I love the ocean and being at the beach. But the older I get the more I enjoy being on the lake as well. I also notice I find myself sitting on the beach people watching but actually swimming in the pool. Maybe it's because my kids are still relatively young 6-11. Being at the beach is awesome but there is also nothing like a nice clean clear beautiful lake to jump in as well. Ocean, lake or pool? What do u like most?
I like to look at the ocean, but I'm scared to get in it. As long as the water barely covers my feet I'll walk on the beach but will absolutely not get in the ocean to swim or wade. Same thing for a lake. As a general rule, if I can't see my feet crystal clear, I do not go in. I'll hang out in a pool all day.
You know I love my ocean. A pool is just a pool. I'd love to be in a cabin on the mountain right next to a clear natural spring lake.
I'll take a cabin in the mountains by a pretty lake any day over the pool or ocean. But I still won't get in it. There is stuff in there that is alive and I can't see it. Nope, can't do it.
My first love is the lake. We vacation every summer on Lake Winnipesaukee. We swim we fish we go boating. It is one of the !most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. The back ground is the White Mountain range. If you ever get to NH make sure you visit the lakes region. Next is New Smyrna Beach. I don't really swim in the ocean the way I do in the lake but I play in the ocean. Ride the waves!! And the pool is great for relaxing and cooling off. I have always loved the water.
