Hi all, I am new to the group, but have been reading for a few weeks. I have seen several references to the "cure your headache diet" Where can I find that?I am at the beginning stages of my diagnosis and am trying to learn how to deal with it by diet. Thanks for any help JG
Hello JG. I found "Heal Your Headache" by Dr David Buchholz at Amazon. I'm sure it can be found locally, but Amazon Prime works for me. This book was suggested by my Johns Hopkins specialist, so that is book I used.
Forevergrateful have you gotten relief? jhg I'm new also but have been diagnosed with menieres and started on an antiviral. So far I'm not sure if it's helping but I'm beginning to accept that I need to be under a Dr's care and take medicine and restrict my sodium intake. Best to you all.
