    Hello Everybody,

Today is the first day of week 7 on Valacyclovir 1g x 3 daily.
I had the results of my first blood on antivirals and everything, thank god, is normal.

I'm feeling pretty good. My dizziness is a lot more milder now. My hearing remains very good. The tinnitus on the bad ear is very low. If I get dizzier, it goes away a lot faster than before and it's not as bad anymore.

I'm hoping that this is the slow process everyone is talking about and that my ears are healing.

    I will stay on 1g x 3 daily until it's 3 months from when I started.

    Karina

Karina, So glad you're feeling better. I am as well so I don't take Meclizine for dizziness much anymore because lately it hasn't been followed by vertigo like it used to. Did your Dr say how often that you would have to have blood test?

That's great! Keep in mind that as you're progressing, you need to account for taking less meds like meclizine.

For example, feeling a 6 out 10 without meds is better than 6 out of 10 with meds.

Lots of people don't remember this when they are journaling.
