Has anyone tried Aryuveda for their MM symptoms? I'm going to see a friend of mine who practices this and thinks she can help. They put oil in your ear which makes me a little nervous but I'm trying to look at different alternatives. I'd love to know if anyone has tried this!?
I haven't tried it but I would consult with my doctor before doing it. I did read a recent post (cannot remember from whom) that the person used oil for bad inner ear itch and it worked really well. Good luck.
