Going on 7 weeks with the Naturopath and having accupuncture.... one or two "dizzy" spells at the very beginning in the first week which she said would probably happen but haven't had a full on vertigo attack since - I have a TON more energy and can actually get out of bed in the morning - no brain fog - no fatigue - no spinning and I've lost 5 lbs. Still sticking to the low sodium diet because I am just used to it by now and it is healthier for me anyway - and I don't drink caffeine or alcohol so that isn't an issue.

Went to my ENT and he took the tube out of my ear ( I used a Meniette Device for awhile) and so far so good with that. Going on a family cruise in the middle of July that I am scared sh*tless about - LOL - but when the grandparents want to take 34 of you on a vaca you go. So - I will either have a great time - or lose 20 lbs from spinning and puking for 9 days.... Win win !!! :p

That's great. I did not have a lot of success with those things for MM, but acupuncture has been great for migraines for me.

I'm curious what the naturopath recommended.

Do you have some sea-bands (acupressure wrist bands for nausea)? They really take the edge off the nausea for me. I'd definitely want them on a boat, but my guess is you'll be fine. I've been on big boats in the MM stage of my life and not had a problem.
