Does anyone else's hearing go away when you bend down?

Yes, we may notice the difference when you bend down, over, or even handstand or any significant head move.
That is MM's trick that leads you to stay sick. I would rather recommend doing bend down/over exercise more frequently at right movement.
We have another trick called BPPV which also let some people try not to move. This can also be improved over time by continuing active exercises.

When we have the blood circulation issue as a part of MM, staying still won't help, and it will only contribute to the disease to progress. When you have imbalanced muscle or posture issues, it also contributes to accumulating arterial plaque and clot which also contributes to the disease. Neck exercises and aerobic exercises can improve these issues over time.
Staying still will indeed stop the symptom for the moment, and keep doing so will keep losing the opportunity to improve the condition. That is a trick.

    Hope that helps.

Sometimes when I bend down, my hearing seems to amplify with distortion. Washing my face can trigger a brief dizzy spell as well as tying my shoes. Of course, many other things can trigger brief dizzy spells like walking into a dark room, walking up stairs very quickly or picking up something heavy.
