I have been doing better since no long vertigo incidences for three months now, but still always dizzy in short bursts the longest of which lasts about 3 minutes. The damnable ringing and roaring still continue as do very variable hearing levels, and distortions. I hope this means that my Menieres is improving. Am I wrong here? My ENT tells me to stop the actions that prevent dizziness, but it is impossible. Here is when I get dizzy, and do any of you have these symptoms? Are these Menieres symptoms or something else?
    1. Bending down
    2. Washing my face
    3. Closing my eyes in the shower
    4. Picking up heavy items
    5. Walking in grocery stores with a lot of noise
    6. Turning over in the bed quickly
    7. Getting up in the morning after sleep
    8. Tieing my shoes
    9. Standing up after on the computer for short and long periods of time
    10. After sneezing
    11. Walking up and down stairs
    12. When I get a severe headache which is very often

Your ENT is a wise man. If you know what your triggers are, then stopping doing them is simple and very sound advice!

Do you have a good posture and good cervical alignment? It seems that leaning forwards is a common thread...

    Google
Cervical vertigo and bppv (two different things). Rauch at mass eye and ear used to have some good videos. But i agree, stand back and observe and learn what works for you.

^^ obviously you have already done a lot of analysis. Keep following that thought process.

A few of these sound like possible PLF, which causes dizziness when pressure shoots some perilymph fluid out of a small fistula. This can be tested for and treated. Also, look into superior canal dehiscence.

I agree with scott tom about the perilymph fistula.

I have had all that you've listed for 33 years. Yes it's MM and no it didn't get better for me. God bless.
