    1. The flights to and from were fine, four hours each way. My ears cracked and popped a lot, but I found a great solution, my Bose wireless earphones connected to my phone. They were expensive (400 bucks) but worth it. My ears have improved so much, I can listen to them now without pain! They helped me greatly, and I tried to keep the volume low despite my desire to sometime "rock out" with the music. I can't tell you how this helped! It also drowned out a lady behind me talking about her husband's gall bladder and impotence.....she talked for hours--it really got on my nerves both ear wise and othewise! I was so happy, no pain and no spinning...none!!!!!
    2. The smoke in the casinos was awful. It made my tinnitus bad, and stopped up my ears and nose. Still trying to get over this. People were so rude about it. I asked this one lady not to smoke and she just lit up. I moved.
    3. The crowded airport made me very nervous but I did not freak out!
    4. Once when I asked to be seated in quiet area of a restaurant I got a very puzzled look, and a laugh by the server. I did not think it was funny. My partner explained it was a medical issue, and she said, "a medical issue that requires, quiet? Never heard of that."
    5. I had a great time, but did have these damn headaches a lot and some dizziness at the weirdest times... like looking at a mirrored wall, walking down stairs and again in the shower.
    6. On one occasion took advil, because I had no excedrin. My ears started ringing immediately! Salt, smoke and ibuprofen, all equal hearing issues for me.
    7. I still had fun and won some money...I was so scared that my fun days were over.....Everything was not perfect but it was worth the trip!

That's great news! Overall it sounds like quite a success, and I know from my train experience last summer it is such a relief to know travel is possible without horrible consequences.

Ugh about the rude restaurant server.
