Interesting piece. Theme of mental turmoil. When I have an attack my mind turns on me. I guess when one has been to the edge, like all of us here, one relates to these type of things. As humans we seek comfort, or recognition, of our anguish in art & song. (may be unsettling to some viewers) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKB1ba03qiA&index=27&list=PL68A74F9109DB0F75
These videos were made to promote a TV show in Norway about three guys who go around meeting their heros. Lots of nostalgia when you see the eclectic mix of performers. https://www.youtube.com/embed/S3JhgupA_pg https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sEgqApMS3wE&feature=youtu.be
Englishman in New York~Sting "It takes a man to suffer ignorance and smile be yourself no matter what they say."
Welcome to the Jungle~Guns N' Roses I feel like beating my head against the wall because of this ear pain, so it seems appropriate...nice, easy listening.
Carolina Girls~General Johnson and the Chairman of the Board Always makes me think about shagging, and just goofing around and dancing on the beach during family vacations
Mel! LOL Do you know I didn't even know that there was an alternate meaning until I was in college? I had a student job and my boss picked up on the fact that I was pretty innocent. One day she asked me, "do you like to shag?" OF COURSE she asked me around all of these other people. I started talking about how great it was, I needed more practice, it's much more fun at the beach...I didn't live that one down.
