Does anyone know if the other supplements I take might interfere with the JOH regimen?

    I take Vitamin D
    Fish Oil
    Magnesium
    Natural Calm
    B12
    and a compounded bio-identical estrodial/progesterone (hormone)

    Thank you!

Magnesium has been known to cause side effects of dizziness for a lot of people. Vitamin D3 sometimes revs people up, as does the B's. Not sure about the others.

    Scott

Are you saying the magnesium causes dizziness for people in general or people with MM?

I think tomorrow I will cut out the magnesium and see if I feel any better.

Today was day 2 on the full regimen.

I think the combo of cutting my salt intake, cutting out the caffeine, doing the JOH regimen and the anti-viral is helping me.

    Thanks!

    For people in general.

I know it's hard, but you have to be patient with AVs. It's not a quick cure, and could take months for real relief. But it does come for many folks.

Magnesium is recommended to help with MAV though! Haha! I take it everyday.

I've been on Acyclovir 800mg 3 times a day for 2 months, now 2 times a day. I get it filled at Winn Dixie for 15/ month. Scott Tom mentioned going back up to 3 times a day when symptoms get worse and when I've tried that it has worked. Thanks Scott.
