Any daily or bad-day coping methods?

    Hi Pupper-

    When my symptoms were ramped up (have gone away since starting acyclovir 1.5 yrs ago) went in for acupuncture and she placed brads? (not sure what to accurate term is) in my ear pinnae. It allows you to press on them when not feeling well. I found it helped a lot. I also found that keeping well hydrated (goal is half your weight in ounces/day) made me feel better. Hope you feel better soon.

    I weigh 128# and try to drink 64 oz of fluid is day is that one ounce shy of being well hydrated?

    When frustrating mishaps occur throughout the day, (like knocking over a drink because of dizzy) instead of cursing and getting heated, I'm trying to just say, "that'll happen", smirk and move on. Certain phrases like that can help. Like magical little incantations.
