I recently discovered that putting a heat pack over my head, just above the brow led to a quick reduction of a vertigo spell along with my often intense photophobia. Anybody else experience this? It's been sweet relief, if only temporary and has helped me make it through a full day of work.

I over did the salt yesterday, got a headache and this morning I remembered something about heat packs over the brow. I've had success in reducing my headache so I'm glad I didn't remember that it was effective for dcbil's vertigo.
