Daily, with the almost non-stop tinnitus. As with Yanksgirl, the "impairment in spatial perception and stability" has progressively gotten worse since my right shunt in 2015.
I have enjoyed sailing for years. But, being on a boat now is difficult due to the ongoing dizziness. I hope to return to it some day. SG
Just about....used to be a fairly significant episode once every few months. Now it's a whole bunch of less severe episodes every few days. Most annoying. What is also unusual is that I'm getting alot of headaches with it.
Same here. I found that the headaches were from the zofran I was taking. Is I use it as a last straw effort if needed.
Today hasn’t been a great day for me. I’ve been dizzy twice. My ear hurts, it feels full, and the tinnitus is through the roof...I try my best, but I know I don’t think as well on days like today.
Autumn--thinking is very hard with our symptoms that vary with each individual--but are similar too. Hope your day gets better---and tomorrow is a better day.
Another relapse day. Went to the chiropractor who said my atlas adjustments have made a difference in my neck tension. I was feeling good, a little more dizzy than normal but I put that off on the adjustment (apparently tightened muscles release pent up toxins when they are adjusted therefore forcing the liver and kidneys to process them out). Went to work, Dizziness started to ramp up along with the tinnitus. I popped a Valium. A couple hours went by and things started to turn. Took more drugs and attempted to stick it out, but the walls started to close in. Left out, feeling a little better now. Never started vertigo thankfully. I’ll try again at 9am tomorrow.
been dizzy and off balance for about a week now. and usually when walking, i tend to move towards my left side. is it due to my let ear is the affected ear and it causes the imbalance toward left side?
