Trying to soak any kind of legume, in order to make it edible, is aggravating as hell. I’m not even sure they’re entirely healthy. Some of my friends say they’re inflammatory and cause leaky gut. I just wanted chili! ::grumbling::

Work ethics in the south are not like the work ethics of the north. If I ran my business up north like they do where I am currently living I would have starved to death!! I just don't get it :-[
