Talk about decreased quality of life; all i want to do is sleep so instead I've been over indulging in sweets. I don't drink caffeinated drinks. I'm not cooking grains and vegetables like I used to. Praying I break this cycle soon. On a more positive not I have been walking some. yesterday I was able to walk for an hour so I had the stamina. Wondering if anyone else has found success in overcoming on decreasing a persistant tired feeling. My best to all, and I am grateful that I haven't had vertigo in 9 or 10 months.
"The seething impossibility of her predicament was like a heavy deluge of black water flooding around her, dragging her toward surrender. She fought it, pushed herself forward."
Keep walking, it is the best thing you can do. Choose safe places, take a cane if needed, but keep moving. It makes all the difference. Are there any new meds that could be adding to this? If so, talk to the dr about them.
June, Thank you for your support. My neutologist did tweak my meds on my last visit. Pupper, wondering what you're saying.
I have just signed up and this is the first time I have been on this site. I had meniere's for a long time. I have just started vestibular therapy and I had a tough session and within 5 hours I was starting the worst episode I have had in years. Are those 2 occurences linked? Have others had this same sequence? I realize this is off-topic but I don't know how to initiate a new post on a new topic. Can someone help? Sorry for posting on the wrong board but I had to start somewhere. Thanks
