June-, my dentist said that root canal treatment needs several treatments and every treatment will take about 30 - 60 mins. you had yours done in an hour and only 1 visit?

 

Yes. In my case, the tooth involved had a crown. For some reason, after the root canal was done by the endontist, i then had to return to my regular dentist to get the crown repaired. The endontist said had it not been a crown he would have filled it. Perhaps this should then count as two visits. I was very surprised that it wasnt painful given all the jokes about root canals.
