Is there anything to be done about the earaches and pressure? My ENT says the earache is mostly because I move my jaw to "pop" the ears and have irritated my TMJ. Eh, not sure on that but I'll accept it for now.

Both are driving me almost as bonkers as the tinnitus!

The ear pressure shouldn't be alleviated from "popping" if it's Menieres, from my understanding. Popping it will do more damage, since the problem is not one related to air pressure.
If it's a TMJ issue you could try muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatories.
Have you tried diuretics to reduce the pressure? And obviously cutting out salt?

I am already on both muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory.

It does not relieve the pressure but for a few seconds or maybe a minute, tops. On MRI and audio testing, the Eustachian tube is clear.

I am in the beginning stages of testing and diagnosing. So no meds yet but meclizine for the vertigo. I take other hypertension meds so adding the diuretic will mean adjusting something. And adding potassium. (I was on hctz for a long time with another hypertension med. when we removed the other one--which held onto potassium--, the hctz depleted my potassium)
