Nettle tea

    My acupuncturist suggested nettle tea as a mild diuretic for my Menieres. I’m trying it and it seems fine - don’t know if it’s helping, but my low blood pressure (chronic fatigue syndrome) isn’t worse. I haven’t tried medical diuretics because if my blood pressure.

    Anyone else have any experience with it?
