    Hello,
i am 30 years old male and Its my 10th year of "menieres" diagnosis but im still quite unsure if this is correct diagnosis or maybe its just overlapping with something else.
I had quite nasty infection at my tonsils 10 years ago and few months after that i started to develop quite traditional menieres seizures with spinning vertigo and unable to move my head or id throw up. That continuted for years and i had some bad but mostly good seasons. (I was treated with diuretic instead of betaserc for some reasons first 3 years)
After 5-6 years of spins i had my first "tumarkin" seizures which were quite violent spins that came out of nowhere and i always fell down rapidly and took some time to recover. Nowdays im really unsure cause my tinnitus is pulsatile and i can hear my heart beating (only in my sick ear) and im also having extreme weakness during light exercise and quite frankly unable to move more than -200 meters from my house without fear of collapsing due to weakness and also dizziness. Im not short of breath during exercise but i just get really weak after just few hundred meters of walking, im not overweight mroe than few kgs but im not either in my old physical condition. I havent been on any medication for meniere for few years and i havent had any "traditonal" spinning vertigo seizures for long time either, Its just that i get dizzy during exercise and also muscles get weak? really fast. Anyone else with meniere feeling weak during exercise? Ive had some EcGs taken due to weakness but they came clear.
Also extra question, anyone know about suffering from unilateral autonomic dysfunction due to meniere? I belive i read some study about that.

Sorry about my spelling, its been long time since i wrote anything. Especially in english:)

    Welcome!

You don't mention what type of doctors you've seen. Is it possible
for you to visit a Neurotologist?

No idea if this is your issue with weakness while walking, but it
could be that your vestibular/balance system is working very
hard to maintain your balance as you walk. As a result, muscles
are having to work overtime to keep up with all the odd signals
your brain is sending..ergo, you get tired faster.

I have seen neurologist too and they didint find anything in head MRI etc. They did find minor polyneuropathy tho which they dismissed as benign condition since it did not progress during 1 year control.
They did find out that my allergen antibodys were quite high and ive heard also that allergy and meniere might be linked. That weakness is pretty much everytime when i use my muscles even in supine or sitting position so it feels weird. Its like the faster the blood is rushing through my head due to exercise more tired and weak i get
