Thought this was helping reduce the number of vertigo attacks at first, but now wondering if it is making things worse. I notice that listed side effects do include dizziness and stomach pain (have had a bit more of that of late too depending on what I eat).

The increasing number of lightheadedness / dizziness attacks (ranging from mild to more severe) - often every few days - is frustrating. Have never tried any anti-fungals yet. Perhaps should? And if so, which? Tried lysine but that seemed to be linked (at least for me anyway) with thyroid hormone imbalance.

I travel frequently and so really would like to come across something that makes these episodes far less frequent. Thanks for any suggestions....

Hi there, I take my vinpocetine daily, but stick to one cap. I figure if it is good enough for Putins cosmonauts...! No side effects. I did steroids, antivirals and then antifungals in that order to make a clean sweep. Fungustatin for 10 days then onto natural antifungals. Probiotics, Caprylic acid and no refined sugar. Keffir or Greek yoghurt daily, oil of oregano too. Just follow a candida diet. Travel frequently, flew yesterday and no issues (fingers crossed). Take your probiotic with a fatty meal. Good luck!
